Every description page for an app in the Windows Store includes a list of features that the app has permission to use after you've installed it on your PC. For example, a travel app might use your location to help identify interesting landmarks near you, a photo app might use your photos to create a slide show, or an instant messaging app might use the webcam connected to your PC for video chats.
On the Start screen, tap or click Store to open the Windows Store.
Search or browse for an app, and then tap or click it.
Scroll to the Details section of the app's description page to see the full list of features the app has permission to use.
After you install an app on your PC, you can see the list of permissions for it. In the app, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings (or if you're using a mouse, point to the lower corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings), and then tap or click Permissions.
