You can use Windows Remote Assistance to connect to someone's computer and help him or her with a computer problem, even if you're not nearby.

  1. Open Remote Assistance by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Maintenance, and then clicking Windows Remote Assistance.

  2. Follow the instructions.
