Display native digit systems
You can set Windows to display the numerals 0–9 as they would normally appear in the language associated with the locale that you're using.

Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button
, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

Click the Formats tab, and then select the format to use for the display of dates, time, currency, and measurements.

Click Customize this format.

Click the Numbers tab, and in the Use native digits list, do one of the following:

Click Context to have Windows determine what language you are using based on previous characters that you have typed, and display the numbers accordingly.

Click Never to use Arabic numerals (0–9).

Click National to display numerals in the shape used by the current input language.
