Customize desktop gadgets
You can customize desktop gadgets by changing their settings, resizing them, keeping them on top of other windows, moving them anywhere on the desktop, and making other changes. To learn more about desktop gadgets, see Desktop gadgets: frequently asked questions.

Show allRight-click the gadget that you want to change, and then click Options.
(Some gadgets might not have options.)
Right-click the gadget that you want to resize, point to Size, and then click the size that you want the gadget to be.
(Some gadgets can't be resized.)
You can keep gadgets on top of your open windows so they're always visible.
Right-click a gadget, and then click Always on top.
If you don't want a gadget to appear on top of your open windows, right-click the gadget, and then click Always on top to clear the check mark.
By default, gadgets "stick" to each other and to the edge of the screen. But you can change the order of gadgets and move them anywhere on the desktop.
If you have two or more monitors, you can place gadgets on both of them.
Right-click the desktop, and then click Gadgets.
In the search box, type the name of the gadget you want to find. As you type, the list of gadgets will narrow to the closest match.
You can narrow your search further in the Desktop Gadget Gallery by clicking the arrow to the right of the search box, and then selecting one of the items in the list. For example, clicking Recently installed gadgets will narrow the search to gadgets installed in the past 30 days.

Press the
Windows Logo key

+G, and then continue pressing G to cycle through the gadgets.
If you removed a gadget from the desktop and want to put it back, follow these steps:
Right-click the desktop, and then click Gadgets.
Browse to the gadget that you want to restore, right-click it, and then click Add.
To restore or move a gadget, you can also drag the gadget where you want it.
Right-click the desktop, point to View, and then click Show desktop gadgets to clear the check mark.
(Note that hiding your gadgets doesn't remove them from the desktop.)
