Install Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0

Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 is not installed by default when you install Windows. To install it with the default settings, which will serve only static content such as HTML files and bitmap (.bmp) files, follow the first procedure below. If you want your web server to serve dynamic content—for example, executable (.exe) files or server-side include (.ssi) files—follow the second procedure.
