What happened to the Printers folder?
In this version of Windows, the Printers folder has been replaced by Devices and Printers, a more flexible and comprehensive way to manage all the peripherals hooked up to your computer.
To open Devices and Printers

Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button 
, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
Devices and Printers might look and behave differently, but it still performs all the important print-related tasks formerly handled by Printers. For more information, see Install a printer, Change your default printer, or Print a document or file.
