Bing News app: Frequently asked questions
In the Bing Finance, Maps, News, Sports, and Weather apps, as in all Windows 8 and Windows RT apps, you can search or share info the same way:
To search: Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
To share or send info: Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Share.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Share.)
Tip
To update the News app:
On the Start screen, tap or click Store to open the Windows Store.
Tap or click Update.
Show allTo change text style or do other news-related tasks, swipe up from the bottom edge or down from the top edge, and then tap the option you want. (If you're using a mouse, right-click within the app, and then click the option you want.)
When you open the Bing News app, slide to scroll and view more articles. Or, from within an article, slide to scroll and view more content.
Swipe down from the top edge or up from the bottom edge (or right-click), and then tap or click My News.
Swipe down from the top edge or up from the bottom edge (or right-click), and then tap or click Add.
Enter a news topic for the section you want to add. This will be the section title.
Swipe down from the top edge or up from the bottom edge (or right-click), and then tap or click My News.
Swipe down from the top edge or up from the bottom edge (or right-click), and then tap or click Remove.
Swipe down or across the My News topic you want to remove (or right-click it), and then tap or click Remove.
The News tile on the Start screen updates automatically.

Tap or click Options, and then choose from the list.
