Find a printer manufacturer's website
For information about installing, using, or troubleshooting problems with a printer, go to the printer manufacturer's website. You can find the manufacturer's website for your printer in the Printers folder.

Open Printers by clicking the Start button 
, clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking Printers.

Click the printer that you want to troubleshoot.

On the toolbar, click Go to the manufacturer website.
