Open Sticky Notes

You can open sticky notes when you want to use them, or specifying that sticky notes opens automatically when you start your computer. You can also keep sticky notes always visible on your desktop.

To open sticky notes

  • Open Sticky Notes by tapping the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing Sticky Notes in the search box, and then tapping Sticky Notes in the list of results.

To make sticky notes open automatically at startup

  1. Open Sticky Notes by tapping the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing Sticky Notes in the search box, and then tapping Sticky Notes in the list of results.

  2. Tap the Tools menu, point to Options, and then tap Open at Startup.

To keep sticky notes always visible on the desktop

  1. Open Sticky Notes by tapping the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing Sticky Notes in the search box, and then tapping Sticky Notes in the list of results.

  2. Tap the Tools menu, point to Options, and then tap Always on Top.

Your notes are automatically saved when you close sticky notes.
