As of October 2009, Windows Live OneCare sales were discontinued worldwide. Product support ended on April 11, 2011, and billing support ended on or before June 30, 2011, depending on individual subscription end dates.
We recommend that you choose another antivirus solution, such as Microsoft Security Essentials, the no-cost, easy-to-use antivirus software for home and small business customers with PCs running genuine Windows. Before you install another antivirus solution, however, you'll first need to uninstall OneCare from your PC (Show me how: Windows XP | Windows Vista).
Note: Microsoft Security Essentials doesn't currently have a supported version for Windows Home Server or Windows Small Business Server.
