You can use Ease of Access Center to turn on accessibility settings and programs when you log on to Windows. That way, you can use any accessibility features that you normally use, like Narrator or Magnifier, to help you log on.
Open Ease of Access Center by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Ease of Access, and then clicking Ease of Access Center.
In the left pane, click Change administrative settings.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the Apply all settings to the logon desktop check box, and then click OK.
