How do I clear the problem report history from my computer?

Follow these steps to clear the problem history report:

  1. Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

  2. Click Maintenance, and then, under Check for solutions to problem reports, click View reliability history.

  3. Click View all problem reports.

  4. At the bottom of the Review problem reports page, click Clear all problem reports.


  • Once you clear the problem report history from your computer, you won't have access to any of the past problems or solutions in Action Center, Problem History, or archived messages. Once you clear the problem report history, you can't undo this action, and you might lose information that could help you solve problems.
