Content Advisor is a tool for controlling the types of content that your computer can access on the Internet. After you turn on Content Advisor, only rated content that meets or exceeds your criteria can be viewed. You can adjust the settings to suit your preferences.
You can do the following:

View and adjust the ratings settings to restrict or allow content in each of the following categories: language, nudity, sex, and violence.

Create a list of websites that should always be blocked, regardless of how their content is rated.

Create a list of websites that can always be viewed, regardless of how their content is rated.

View and change the ratings systems Content Advisor uses.
No, you must turn on Content Advisor if you want to use it.
Content Advisor is set to the most conservative (least likely to offend) settings when you first turn it on. In addition to blocking objectionable content, it also blocks any unrated content. You can adjust these settings to match your preferences.
Follow these steps to set Content Advisor to allow others to view restricted or unrated content:

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button
. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

Click the Content tab, and then, under Content Advisor, do one of the following:

Click Enable.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If you've previously enabled Content Advisor, click Settings, and then type the supervisor password.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

To allow others to view restricted content, click the General tab, and then select the Supervisor can type a password to allow users to view restricted content check box.

To allow others to view unrated content, select the Users can see websites that have no rating check box, and click OK.

If a supervisor password has not previously been set up for Content Advisor, you will be prompted to create one.
Note that allowing unrated websites might allow users to browse to objectionable content.
