Open Sync Center
Sync Center displays your sync results if you've set up your computer to sync files with a network server. This allows you to access files stored in a network folder, even when that folder is unavailable by making it available offline.

Open Sync Center by clicking the Start button 
. In the search box, type Sync Center, and then, in the list of results, click Sync Center.
