Turn on full-screen mode and closed captions in videos on the Windows website

Full-screen mode enlarges a video to fill your entire computer screen. This can make the video easier to see.

Closed captions let you read the words that are spoken in a video. To watch a video with closed captions, you’ll first need to turn on full-screen mode.

To turn on full-screen mode in videos on the Windows website

1. Click the video to play it.

   The video must be playing or paused before you can switch to full-screen mode.

2. Right-click the video, point to Zoom, and then click Full screen.

   Your video will play in full-screen mode.

• To return to normal view, press Esc or click the Exit full-screen mode button at the lower-right corner of the player.
