View or delete temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer 9
Windows Internet Explorer 9 stores temporary Internet files on the computer's drive to speed up previously viewed webpages. You can view or delete the files at any time.

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button
. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

Click the
Tools button

and then click
Internet options.

Click the General tab, and then, under Browsing history, click Settings.

In the Settings dialog box, click View files.
It's a good idea to delete temporary Internet files periodically to free drive space.

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button

and then click
Internet options.

Click the General tab, and then, under Browsing history, click Delete.

In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet files, click Delete, and then click OK.
