Right-click an open space to the right of the New tab button, and then select a bar:
Favorites bar
Command bar
Status bar
Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
On your keyboard, hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys, and then press the I key.
