Why can't I create a picture password?

The option to create a picture password appears on the Users page in PC settings. To open PC settings, swipe in from the right edge of the screen (or, if you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen and move the mouse pointer down). Tap or click Settings, and then tap or click Change PC settings. Next, tap or click Users.

If you don't see this option, your domain or network settings and security policies might be set to prevent you from creating a picture password. For more info, check with your system admin.
