Alarms app for Windows: FAQ

Alarms is an app that provides you with alarms, timers, and a stopwatch to help you manage and keep track of time.

Note

  • Alarms won't sound when your PC is turned off or in sleep unless your PC supports InstantGo. InstantGo helps your PC wake from sleep with your apps and data already up to date.

If your PC doesn't have InstantGo, when you add a new alarm you'll see a warning that notifications will only sound when your PC is awake.

(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.
