Sharing with SkyDrive
Here are some simple instructions for common tasks.
Looking for info about your contact list? Go to Contact list management.
Click any email.
When message grouping is on, you see the most recent email plus headers for previous emails with the same subject line. To read an earlier email, click the header.
Message grouping is on by default, but you can turn it off.
Click the Options icon , and then click More mail settings.
Under Reading email, click Group by conversation and pre-load messages.
Select Show messages individually, then click Save.
To return to your inbox, click the Outlook logo (upper left).
On the main menu bar click the … (three dots) symbol.
Click the down arrow next to Reply.
To add a recipient, click To, or click the box just below it.
Click the recipient in the frequent contacts list.- Or -Start entering their name or email address and click the recipient when they appear.
Spelling is checked continuously as you compose an email. Words not found in the spell-check dictionary are underlined in red.
To correct spelling errors, right-click the word.
If the correct spelling appears in the list of words, click it.
If you’re sure the word is correctly spelled, you can Add to dictionary.
Click Ignore to have spell check disregard the word for this email only.
Click Insert, and then choose your method.
Files as attachments makes it easy for the recipient to save smaller files to their Desktop.
Use Pictures inline when you want your pictures and text to work together, like a newsletter.
Share from SkyDrive sends a link to only the files you choose in SkyDrive. Great for photo albums and large files.
Browse to select the file or photo. To insert multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting them.

Click your name (upper right), then click Sign out.
You can also add more security information to your account, which will help verify your account if security problems arise.
Click the down arrow next to the Outlook logo (upper left).
Click People, Calendar, or SkyDrive.
Right-click Folders (upper left), then click Add a new folder.
Under Reading email, click Make "Reply-all" my default response.
Select Yes, then click Save.
