Sometimes the connection stops working between your Microsoft account and another account that you’ve connected to it like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. There are a few reasons that this might happen:
You might have changed your password for the account you connected to.
You might have changed your privacy settings for the account you connected to.
The capability to share certain things with a specific website might have changed.
You can review your connection settings, and in most cases, get things working again by reconnecting the account.
Go to the Microsoft account webpage and sign in.
Tap or click Permissions, and then tap or click Manage your accounts.
Find the account you want to fix, and then tap or click Edit.
Review the settings, make any changes you want, and then tap or click Save or Connect.
You might be asked to sign in to the service again.
Allow a few minutes for all of your info to reappear—depending on how long the service has been disconnected, it might take some time for everything to sync up again.
