If a solution is available for a problem that you've reported, Windows notifies you. If you miss the notification, or if you want to view the solution later, you can do so. To view solutions, your computer must be connected to the Internet.
Open Problem Reports and Solutions by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Problem Reports and Solutions.
To view a solution, click the solution title.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
To check for new solutions, in the left pane, click Check for new solutions. Some problems and solutions can only be viewed and fixed by an administrator. Log on using an administrator account to view these problems.
Right-click a solution to see more options for working with it.
