Track items in a Journal note using flags
In Windows Journal, you can use flags to track and organize your most important items or manage all of your notes.
When you add flags to your notes, you can:

Create and display a list of notes that have one or more flagged items.

Use the flags to move through your notes.

Search for flagged items in one or all of your notes.

View all of your flagged items at one time.
Show all-
Open Windows Journal by tapping the Start button
, typing Journal in the search box, and then tapping Windows Journal in the list of results.

On the Pen toolbar, tap the small arrow to the right of the Flag button.

Tap the color that you want the flag to be.
The pointer changes to a flag.

In your note, tap where you want to add the flag.

Open Windows Journal by tapping the Start button
, typing Journal in the search box, and then tapping Windows Journal in the list of results.

On the Standard toolbar, tap View Recent Notes.

In the View notes list, tap With flags.
A list of notes with one or more flags appears.

Tap Next or Previous to browse through all of your flags.

When you browse through the list, you move from one flag to another flag, even if the flags are within the same note. You can even move from the end of the note list back to the first flag in the first note.

Open Windows Journal by tapping the Start button
, typing Journal in the search box, and then tapping Windows Journal in the list of results.

On the Pen toolbar, tap Selection Tool .

Tap the flag that you want to delete.

Tap the Edit menu, and then tap Delete.
