When you enable Windows Remote Assistance:
You can get help using Windows Remote Assistance.
Windows Remote Assistance is allowed through Windows Firewall so that it can communicate with your helper's computer. For more information, see What are the risks of allowing programs through a firewall?
Open System by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.
Click Remote settings.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer check box, and then click OK.
