Quick guide to Outlook.com

Hotmail has been upgraded to Outlook.com worldwide. The best features in Hotmail are still available to you in Outlook.com, along with great new features and a refreshed design.

Even though your inbox looks a little different, your email address has not changed. Also, your password, contacts, OneDrive files, calendar items, and settings are all still there. This info will help you get up and running on Outlook.com:

  1. Click the Options icon Options icon, and then click Options.

  2. Under Reading email, click Make "Reply-all" my default response.

  3. Select Yes, then click Save.

  4. To return to your inbox, click the Outlook logo at the top left of your inbox.

Do this

Right-click Folders, then click Add a new folder.

Click the Options icon Options icon.

Sign out of your Microsoft account

Do this

Click your name, then click Sign out. You can also add more security information to your account, which will help verify your account if security problems arise.
