To print webpages using Internet Explorer, press Crtl+P, which will display any printers that you currently have installed. Or, you can swipe in from the right edge (if you're using a mouse, move your pointer to the upper-right corner) and select Devices. You'll see your installed printers and can select which one to print from.

If you're printing pages using Internet Explorer for the desktop, press Ctrl+P to bring up the Print dialog box. You can also tap or click the Tools button, select Print, and then either Print the webpage or see what the page will look like when printed by selecting Print preview.
