Windows Media Center includes a number of extras that can be used within Media Center. Typically, these are games or Internet services made by companies other than Microsoft. You can manage how your extras are displayed in Media Center, including adding extras that you use regularly to the Windows Media Center Start screen.
On the Windows Media Center start screen, scroll to Extras, click Extras library, and then click Manage extras.
Click Extras Library, and then do one of the following:
To hide an extra, clear the check box next to it.
To show a hidden extra, select the check box next to it.
On the Windows Media Center start screen, scroll to Extras, and then click Extras library.
Right-click the extra you want to appear, and then, on the context menu, click Add to Start Menu.
Click Yes. The item will now appear under Extras on the start screen.
Right-click the program you want to remove from the Start screen, and then, on the context menu, click Remove from Start menu.
You can add additional programs to your Extras library. These need to be installed on your computer before you can access them in Media Center. Be sure you trust the publisher of a program before installing it.
