Here’s how to perform some basic tasks in your calendar.
To go to your calendar
Click the down arrow next to the Outlook logo.
Click Calendar.

Add an event | |
Click New. In month, week, or day view click anywhere.
To enter an event that spans more than one time slot or day, click and drag.

Edit an event | | Click the event. |
Show or hide calendars | | Click the Options icon  , then click Options. To hide a calendar click the calendar name. To show the calendar, click it again.

Change the calendar view to month, week, day, agenda or task | | In the upper right, click View. Select the view you want.

Briefly see an entire month when you’re in week or day view | | Point to the date or day in the upper left to bring up the mini navigator. |
Go to today in week or day view | |

Jump to a particular date | |

Change calendar settings and colors | | Click the Options icon  , then click Options. Click the name of the calendar you want to change. After you make the changes, click Save.
