What happens when I enable Windows Remote Assistance?

When you enable Windows Remote Assistance:

To enable Remote Assistance

  1. Open System by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.

  2. Click Remote settings. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Select the Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer check box, and then click OK.
