If you have a printer, you can share it so that other people on your network can print to it.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
Enter Devices and Printers in the search box, and then tap or click Devices and Printers.
Under Printers, press and hold or right-click the printer you want to share, and then select Printer properties.
If you don't see the printer you want to share, you'll need to add it. For info, see Install a printer.
Tap or click the Sharing tab.
If you see a button that says Change Sharing Options, tap or click it. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
Select Share this printer.
Tap or click OK.
People on your network can now print to that printer whenever your PC is available. (They won't be able to print to it if your PC is turned off or asleep.)
In addition, people who want to use that printer will need to have a user name and password for your PC. If you want people to use the shared printer without having a user name and password for your PC, you can turn password protected sharing off. Here's how:
Open Advanced sharing settings by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer down, and then clicking Search), entering advanced sharing in the search box, and then tapping or clicking Manage advanced sharing settings.
Under Password protected sharing, select Turn off password protected sharing.
Tap or click the Save changes. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
