If a problem occurs on your computer—for example, if a program stops working—you can send a description of the problem to Microsoft to see if a solution is available. If Microsoft needs more information to solve the problem, you might be asked to provide additional details. Windows will ask if you want to send this information, or you can choose to send it automatically.
Open Problem Reports and Solutions by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Problem Reports and Solutions.
Click Change settings.
Click Advanced settings.
Under Sending additional information, select the Automatically send more information if it is needed to help solve problems check box, and then click OK.
