By default, only you and recipients of your message can see the photo album on Windows Live SkyDrive. If you or your recipients forward your message to other people, those people will also be able to see the photo album. If you want to make your photo album public so that anyone can see or find the photo album on SkyDrive, you can change the privacy options while you're creating the photo email.
To change privacy options:

Open
Windows Live Mail by clicking the
Start button

. In the search box, type
Mail, and in the list of results, click
Windows Live Mail
.

On the Home tab, click Photo email. If prompted, sign in with your Windows Live ID.

Select the pictures that you want to add to your album, and then click Open.

In the New Message window, click the Format tab, and then click Album privacy.

To make the album public, clear the check box next to Only recipients of this message can see this photo album on SkyDrive, and then click OK.

In the New Message window, click Send.
After you change the privacy options and send the photo email, anyone can see and find the photo album on SkyDrive.
