Open or save an attachment in Windows Mail

Using Windows Mail, you can send documents, images, and other files as attachments to your e‑mail messages. Messages that contain attachments are indicated by a paperclip icon in the Attachment column of the message list. You can open attachments directly from Windows Mail, or you can save them to a folder on your computer so you can easily access them later without needing to locate the message they were attached to.
