You can keep Windows Media Center on top of all other windows on your desktop, even while you're working in other programs. This can be useful if you are watching TV in Media Center and working on something else simultaneously. You can also resize the Media Center window so that you can see everything that you want on the desktop or in other programs.
On the Windows Media Center start screen, scroll to Tasks, click Settings, click General, and then click Startup and Window Behavior.
Select the Always keep Windows Media Center on top check box, and then click Save.
